Family
I hail from a simple background and am indebted to my parents in more ways than I can count, for the sacrifices they have made to make me whatever I am today. Here's a sneak peek into my family. My dad works in the public sector while my mom is a homemaker. While my dad is of the serious, meticulous, organised type, my mom is an enthusiastic sincere, happy person. I have an annoying little brother as well, who just started his undergraduate studies in Computer Science at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Born in Bangalore, I have spent almost all my life in the vibrant city itself. I have been in Mumbai, a little over four years now and enjoying every bit of it.
Schooling
I have completed my schooling in three different schools - Carmel High School (primary and middle school), VVS Sardar Patel High School (secondary school) and National Public School (higher secondary). I want to mention the names of some of my teachers here, Malathy maam, CV Padma maam, Ramani maam, Jayashree maam, without whose constant support and guidance, I am sure, I would not be where I am today. Yeah, anything for those school days, just one more time!
Hobbies
As for my hobbies and interests, I have had a variety of interests which I actively pursued but unfortunately most of which stand abandoned right now, for I am lazy (mostly) and times on a premium (sometimes :D). What I still do pursue actively, these days, is lot of sports. Now-a-days restricted to just football, hockey and swimming. I am also happy, some of the other these days, being a couch potato and reading leisurely. Animes have been my favourites (language no bar) but even they have taken a slump lately. I even know bits of Japanese, thanks to Naruto and Bleach. I love listening to music (Maiden is a must). I can play the guitar and am still learning. I keep meddling around with things- electronic, mechanical, intellectual and other wise, mostly in the harmless way but always hoping that it will the next big discovery or invention (which it is in my universe quite often). Some other things I used to in the past, and revive on very lazy afternoons on the much famed 'these days' are sketching & painting, stamp & coin collection and karate.
